Not a ‘luahan hati’ entry :-)

Heran lah kan, every time I buat N3 luahan hati, mesti ramai yg comment, hikhikhik Winking smile.

Sebab I ‘jobless’ (hahhahaha), boleh lah I spent a few hours hari ni membalas all the comments. Penat weh jari jemari I mengetuk keyboard tadi, dah lah cuma a few fingers aje yang I guna, hehehe.

But I really appreciate all the heart warming comments about that N3. That N3 and that story was about me as a SAHM and why we did it. I can’t vouch if the other SAHMs have the same problems or become a SAHM for the same reasons as me. It’s not meant to be a sweeping statement for every SAHM out there ye.

(So, jangan lah ingat all SAHM tak boleh beli Coach or LV or Prada  or tak boleh pergi travel merata2 or tak boleh pergi makan kat fancy restaurants every week like me/us ye, hehehe).

I guess once in a while, kenalah jugak I dispel all the myths about me being married to a kaya raya Mat Saleh kan, hahaha.

And since semalam I dah buat entry panjang giler, malam ni I tulis sikit aje lah Smile.

Konon2nya lagi banyak salad dari carbs Smile. Masih giat usaha nak turunkan berat badan!

I ni memang malas nak exercise especially nak start tu. But once dah mula, ok aje, and I usually feel so good after I’ve finished the 30 minute workout. Hopefully, I’ll be good lah with the exercise routine sepanjang Summer holidays ni.

i pun nak turunkan berat badan ni...tapikan tiap kali tengok any type of mengancam food macam yang kat atas tu, buat i terbayang bayang je...then esok pagi mesti i makan dengan jayanya :D

tkpe, malam ni i nak mimpikan salad u..hahaha mana tau esok i pulun makan salad n nak exercise macam u :D

i ni pun sibuk nak turunkan 3kg tapi harapkan cycling jer.
Takde motivasi nak start exercise nak jaga makan betul2 cuma i kurangkan nasi jer..this week baru sekali i makan nasi, ambil wholegrain bread jer..yeahh..agak membanggakan wakakaka

I kan nasib baik hubby I pun tgh kemaruk nak exercise so bolehlah we all buat sama2. Baru lah rasa best sikit ada kawan melompat2 n berpeluh2 ni, hehehe

Heran betul kan, padahal I masa kecik2 dulu sgt lah aktif bersport. Tapi bila dah makin banyak lemak, makin malas betul nak exercise. I dah lama tak baking kek sedap2 sbb konon2 nak curb my appetite, sedih....ehehehe

Slalu putus idea nak masak apa, mostly everyday :-). Pastu tanya hubby or tanya the girls diaorang nak makan apa and then go from there aje :-).

I suka makan salad yg lengkap mcm ni sbb I rasa 'healthy' bila nampak pinggan penuh sayur tu. But tak rasa cheated sbb still ada carbs n protein in the salad :-)

Ayu,
hehehehe...I pun berpinar mata I semalam sbb nak make sure I tak miss 1 pun comment. Pening jugak lepas tu, hahaha.
Lepas ni tak boleh lah buat N3 luahan hati lagi kan ;-)

Semalam kiranya my jari jemari lah exercise lebih2, hehehe. Pastu kan, siap boleh lagi cuci/scrub/basuh dua2 bathrooms n toilets and mop rumah lagi lepas tu n exercise 30 minit petang tu! Memang caya lah I semalam, hahaha..
I pun konon2nya tak nak makan nasi tp Mamak celup kat rumah ni asik mintak kari aje slalu!

No worries about the email :-). Klu nak tanam timun, yg paling afdal nya kena ada trellis so you don't need a big vege garden sbb timun ni menjalar merata2. And then bila ada trellis, the buah will be hanging so tak lah sit on the soil.
But I biarkan my timun menjalar the other day, hehehe :-)

When I look at your homecooked meals..I do wonder where you find times to cook segala bagai makanan ni although you are SAHM..sebab bila I cuti and become trial SAHM..haha..dun laugh...ada je benda yg tak settle...haha..so, tak bleh cakap SAHM is jobless la..in fact over worked kut?hehe..

Ckp tentang exercise ni, I hari tu beriya2 nak sambung balik naik my cross trainer. Iye2 ingat sambil tgk ncis, I leh kayuh lama2. Tp kan tak kesampaian sbb my cross trainer nye chains terkeluar dari chainwheel dia. I tak pandai nak dismantle dia sbb kena bukak all the covers. Hb I lak, kalau tak de mood mmg tunggu sampai berjanggut lah. Dia ketawakan I dia kata maybe I ni a bit 'chunky' tu sbb terkeluar isi perut cross trainer tu. Ada ke... Ni tgh cuti sekolah I tak leh nak ke pilates. As a SAHM, I kena jaga anak2 kat rumah. No 'me time' masa school holiday. Dah lah tak bergaji, time nak relax2 pun tak de, kan.

Sekarang ni bila the kids are a bit bigger, senang sikit lah nak organise and manage everything. Tapi slalu jugak tak cukup masa, hehehe

I skrg guna Wii aje nak exercise. Sbb elliptical machine we all letak undercover n bila Summer ni, penuh dgn lalat everywhere. Naik darah I aje bila exercise ditemani lalat2 ni.
SAHM mana ada leave you, hahahaha
