Today is a public holiday for WA to celebrate Foundation Day. So, it was a nice long weekend for everyone including SAHMs like me sebab tak payah prepare packed lunches, get them ready in the morning, drive them to and from school 
And we ‘celebrated’ Foundation Day by going horse riding. Well, they went horse riding, I cuma ikut saje and ambik gambar and then lepak2 baca novel while they went off
Dah lah June ni bulan stocktake sale, sure lagi lah sangat2 best nya kalau pergi shopping dari naik kuda, hikhikhik…..

The debrief before going on the trail. Miss 7’s white horse is named Superman, Miss 12’s black horse is Tildy and The Other Half’s brown horse is Amber. Only The Other Half has ever been on a horse before, The Little Misses had been on ponies aje, hehehe.
After 1 hour trail ride, muka ceria habis!
And then balik dari horse riding, I masak chicken parmigiana, roast potatoes, ratatouille and bean salad for dinner.
What a wonderful weekend we had

Ratatouille ni kiranya sauteed vegetables aje but cooked in a bit of tomato puree. Slalunya ada eggplants, zucchini, capsicum. Ok lah rasa dia utk orang yg suka veges, hehehe.

Muahahaha...Kalau I pun sure dah mencicit lari kalau a male horse dtg dekat2 nak beromen dgn kita :-D.
