When I said that The Other Half is buying (he’s already bought it today) a bike, I meant a push bike aka bicycle NOT the one that goes vroooooooommmmmm and has 500cc, hehehehe….
The bike yang goes vroooooommmmm tu cuma tekan butang and pulas2 a few things and off it will go.
The bike yang dia beli ni, kena kayuh bagai nak rak, baru dia gerak! Hahahaha…
Kalau dia beli yang goes vroooooommmmm tu, alamatnya he won’t stay svelte, fit and healthy for long lah kan. Mana tak nya, he won’t need to use that much energy to make it move so all the lemak2 in his body pun will be malas and stay gather2 in his body jugak lah.
But since he is so happy with his new fit and trim body now, that’s why he needs to upgrade his present bike to a new one.
His present bike is a hybrid mountain/road bike and he’s ridden it 3000kms since the end of January this year. And that bike wasn’t built to withstand that frequent use. So, he will wreck it soon if he keeps on using it that frequently.
His new bike pulak is a road bike which has stronger wheels and lighter frame and higher quality parts so kalau dia guna hari2 for many many years, InsyaAllah it won’t be wrecked lah .
And I want my hubby to stay slim and trim with a six-pack so tu yang I say ‘yes’ straightaway bila dia kata dia nak beli the new bike, hikhikhikhik.
Esok2 lah ye I’ll take a photo of a slim The Other Half on his bike .
But our dinner malam ni, I masak something ‘fattening’ pulaknya.
I made meatballs pasta bake.
I made the meatballs and baked them in the oven first before mixing them with the cooked pasta, a jar of pasta sauce, a bit of basil pesto and scattered some mozarella, cheddar and parmesan on top of the mix.
Then baked it again for about 20 minutes until the cheese has melted.
