Thanks to everyone yang sudi dropped a comment regarding my question malam tadi.
It is nice to see yang the readers of this blog range in age from teens to the more mature lot . Kiranya my blog doesn’t only attract a certain group of people aje lah ye.
In a few years time, the teenage boys yang baca blog I, maybe akan masuk blog I sebab reason lain lah kot kan, hikhikhik .
Thank you anyway sebab sudi baca my writings.
While The other 3 pergi swimming after school petang tadi, I stayed at home buat our dinner. Knowing that they will come home starving from the swim, I pun buatlah meatball pasta bake.
The meatball tu I cuma used mince beef, a bit of kicap masin and a bit of tomato sauce. Shape the mixture into small balls and bake them in the oven at 160°C for around 15 minutes aje.
Then pakai bottled pasta sauce, buat a bit of white sauce and mix them all together with cooked pasta. Grate some colby on top and bake it in 180°C until the cheese has melted.
Makan pulak dengan green salad and a bit of crumbled feta.
The green salad tu I petik from our garden. But The Little Misses takut nak makan the salad sebab dah 2 kali I petik the leaves, dah dua kali jugak I jumpa big still alive caterpillars on the leaves masa tengah basuh, hehehe.
Luckily lah kan I ni bukan jenis penggeli unlike my sister yang sudah pastinya melompat lari masuk bilik kalau jumpa caterpillars.
(I gave the caterpillars to Miss 7 so she can keep them in her insect container).
I said to The Little Misses yang isn’t it lucky I found the caterpillars early.
What if they found a half-bitten caterpillar on their plate! Lagi lah mau nak termuntah lepas tu kan, muahahhahaha….
Takpe, extra proteins .
I said to The Other Half, “Punyalah banyak leaves yang ada kat kebun tu. How come I always managed to pick the ones with caterpillars on them?”
He said, “Because you picked the juiciest looking leaves which happens to be the juiciest looking to the caterpillar as well!”
Yummmm!!!!! (No caterpillar is hurt in this story, hehehehehe…).
