Our Saturday nite at home

Our Saturday night activity since The Other Half dah terer pasang unggun api and dah terer main dengan BBQ was to have our dinner from main meal, dessert and after dessert sweet outside around the bonfire.

I made pizza for dinner which The Other Half cooked in the BBQ. Then we had apple cinnamon puff parcel which we also baked in the BBQ followed by marshmallow toasting on the bonfire Smile.

Actually it wasn’t that cold tonite but saje eksyen aje lebih, hehehe…

The Other Half kata our pizza was a gourmet, artisan and rustic pizza. Mahal weh kalau beli gourmet, artisan and rustic pizza kat restoran tau! Hahaha.

Gourmet sebab we added marinated goat’s feta cheese on the topping (slalunya feta buat dari susu lembu but this one buat dari goat’s milk so gourmet lah kan, heeee…..). Artisan pulak sebab it was hand made and I kept the pizza dough overnite in the fridge (actually I buat the dough semalam sebab ingat nak dinner pizza malam tadi but we had a change of plan, tu yang simpan the dough in the fridge). Rustic pulak sebab we baked the pizza in a BBQ and got burnt around the edges Open-mouthed smile.

BBQ-baked pizza tasted so much better than oven baked. Maybe sebab makan kat luar around the bonfire, tu yang the taste jadi sedap sgt2 agaknya kan Open-mouthed smile.

Wow! The gourmet, artisan and rustic pizza is EPIC!!!! Our container dah sampai, which means our bbq set also dah sampai....bolehlah berbbq kat balcony kot nanti. purrr...meow!

Hari tak masak kat rumah. Lunch gi ke Freo makan kat Mussel bar. Tak sedap langsung. Baik I buat sendiri n bayar kat I je kan. ;)

U tanya berapa kali I tawaf Myer. Masa I gi last Thursday, I tawaf sekali je. Tp terjerat terus. I beli new over the knee boots. Ada 25% discount. Utk mengelakkan pengetahuan hb I, I buat lay-by. First time in my life, caya tu n very bahaya... hehehe

Sedapnye nampak rolled up pizza tu. 1st time akak tengok. Makan kat restaurant pizza pun tak pernah jumpe lagi. Akak nak try buat jugak lah...Good idea.. Thanks LG..

Agaknya kalau I masak mee goreng kat BBQ tu pun, sure jadi sedap sgt2 kan :-).

Kalau gebu kentang, memang kena fill it up selalu kan, kalau tak, tak bolehg lah nak stay gebu kentang, hikhikhik

Salam. Rolled up pizza tu senang aje nak buat nya, sama aje mcm buat pizza. Cuma kita roll up the dough bila dah siap letak filling semua. Cuma, ambik masa lama sikit nak masak dr pizza biasa :-)
