Bingeing on this?

This is what I’ve been eating for dinner last night and tonight.

I binged on this which tasted heavenly, hikhikhik…

Tomorrow, I’m going back on my normal diet! (Since The Other Half will be back home tonight so dinner esok2 kenalah go back to ‘normal’ kan Winking smile).

Nasi putih, sayur goreng, paru goreng and sambal belacan (pedas giler sampai berasap telinga I buat, hehehe).

Just this and nothing else but I makan siap bertambah2! Jarang sangat2 weh I makan nasi tambah ni but for 2 nights, I threw caution to the wind, I tambah nasi 2 kali you!!!

Kahkahkahkah……

Nasib baik the scale still hasn’t registered my wanton bingeing ni……Open-mouthed smile.

(But it will definitely catch up, don’t you jump for joy yet! urkkkk…...).

The Other Half can’t eat this kind of nasi set sebab dia kata takde kuah so macam nak tercekik aje. Bagi dia, kalau nasi tu tak banjir, kiranya takde kuah lah.

I pulak love this kind of meal, takde kuah the better it is for me, hehehe…..

Tu yang bila I ‘jumpa’ this kind of nasi and lauk, I bantai makan sampai 3 pinggan, hahahahaha……

Cm pun suka makan nasi yg kering kering begini..jika agak agak nak tercekik cepat cepat minum air dan tepuk dada cepat cepat hehe...

eh k.nor pun suka makan nasi tak ada kuah.. kalau makan pekena ikan goreng aje dgn kicap botol pun dah amat sedap tau.. boleh bertambah2 nasi tu, nak2 nasi panas yg lembut2 sket.. best! :)

Sometimes less is more....like nasi panas, ikan kembung goreng, ulam/sayur and sambal belacan....bertambah-tambah makan nasi.

Saya dulu masa kecik2, makan telur goreng dgn kicap aje and nasi panas, laju giler makan, hehehe.

We all goreng dgn garam, kunyit and ketumbar. Next time, boleh lah try letak lada hitam, sure lagi oomph dgn pedas2 lada tu kan :-)

Bila I pindah Perth, baru lah I jumpa paru at the butchers. I couldn't get it at all when I was in Adelaide. Maybe it's because there's so many more Malays in Perth kot so it's in demand :-).

have been silent reader to your blog for almost a month now... but paru goreng make me cannot tahan to leave a comment... it is my favorite, but i need to have it goreng with sambal a bit as for me nasi kering is really like not eating nasi at all :D

hai kak LG!! salam pkenalan. saya baru jumpa umah akak yg meriah ni. hihi saya pun SAHM mcm akak. hihih kitorg pun decide cuma my hb sja yg kluar keja,saya duk umah. tp ada jg yg look underestimate me wpun sya rasa saya more educated dr dorg. and..saya pun jawa mcm akak.. hahahh sedap giler tgk menu2 akak.. adoi..mmg fevret saya mkn kering2 ni.. tp my hb tak suka. dia ckp mcm takda lauk je.. hihi

wah heaven...K'min kat mana beli paru nieee? seumur hidup x penah masak paru....camna nak masak ekk? kena rebus dulu ke? aduh lapar dah nie tgk nasi kering with sambal belacan...i like :)

p/s: kat rumah nie nak terbahak i about an hour ago...my amirul tiba2sebut epic! masa tgh borak2 dgn dia td.....I tanya mana u belajar perkataan nie? He said, I'm clever mum!...aduh terus teringat kat zahra:)

bestnya LG.. my kind of meal gak tu.. akak tak suka sangat kuah.. makan nasi dgn ayam/ikan/peparu goreng campur dgn budu/sambal pun dah cukup.. org kata 'senang nak pelihara' budak ni.. hehehe..

makan nasi kurang kuah lah yg terbaik, hehehe. I pulak kalau tengok nasi penuh dgn kuah, rasa mcm makan sup aje :-D.

itu my last stock of paru yg dah siap direbus and dah di letak garam, kunyit n ketumbar. My Mak buat masa dia kat sini. Sedih sbb lepas ni kena buat sendiri :-(.

Salam kenal and thanks sudi singgah ke my blog. Memang ramai yg pandang rendah kat SAHM ni kan, apa nak buat, hehehe.
I pun jarang sgt makan kering2 ni, kena tunggu hubby outstation baru dpt makan kering2 :-D

Itu sebabnya agaknya bila hubby I ada, I makan nasi tak tambah sbb tak selera sgt tengok nasi penuh kuah ni, hehehe. Kalau nasi kering, makan bertambah2 sampai sendat :-).

Putu,
murah, sekilo dapat $5 mcm tu. I jarang beli sbb tak tau nak masak. Ni pun Mak I yg masak kan masa dia dtg sini dulu, hehehe.

Maz,
I beli kat butcher kat Cecil Avenue tu yg kat belakang Carousel. Dia jual $5 sekilo. Nak masak nya leceh I rasa sbb kena basuh bersih2 sbb bnyk darah kan, pastu kena rebus dlm pressure cooker. Pastu baru hiris nipis2 and letak garam, kunyit, ketumbar, pastu baru boleh goreng :-).
Amirul pun dah sebut epic ye, hahaha

I pun senang aje nak bela. Kalau ada nasi, telur goreng and kicap pun dah ok, hehehe...
