Last night everyone fell asleep so soundly after the walking exercise we did at the zoo.
Even I pun tidur 8 jam straight without waking up at all, hahahaha.
That’s why people say exercise is good for your health and mind.
It makes you tired at night so you have a good sleep and also keeping you fit at the same time.
But……nak start exercise tu yang maalaaaassssss, heeeeee.
When The Other Half asked me what I wanted the girls to get me for Mother’s Day, at first I told him that I would like Zumba Wii.
Konon2 nya I thought that maybe by having Zumba Wii at hand, I will be so motivated to start dancing everyday to keep fit and get rid of a bit of the stubborn fat yang masih tak nak berganjak from my bum and my thighs.
But lepas fikir2 again, I told him tak payah lah belikan I the Zumba Wii tu sebab it will be used for maybe a few weeks and then akan bertapa mengumpul habuks sahaje.
My Fitness Coach Wii tu pun dah berbulan2 bulan2 duk mengumpul habuk.
But we are still occasionally using Wii Dance bila saje2 nak menari anak beranak so I guess ada lah jugak benda yang tak berhabuk kan .
So, when the girls asked their Dad what I would like for Mother’s Day, I told him to tell them to only spend around $10 aje on the gifts.
I told him to tell Miss 8 to buy me a scarf at K Mart which I like which cost $8 and I told him to tell Miss 13 to buy me a whoopie pie/ macaron baking pan for $15.
And spending the day at the Zoo together (which was the best bit of the gifts).
They were happy and I am happy with the gifts, hehehehe.
Miss 8 also gave me 3 Mother’s Day cards she made at school. Sampai 3 I dapat you! Hahahaha.
The scarf I dah guna tadi and the baking pan will be used one day in the near future (bila tahap kerajinan I naik sikit lah).
Maybe I should ambik gambar I tengah guna the baking pan while wearing the scarf eh?
For dinner tonite, I made turkish ‘pizza’.
I used this recipe but I used home-made eggplant spread ala2 babaganoush to replace the tomato paste.
The recipe says to use feta cheese but takde stock feta in the fridge so I replaced it with a mixture of cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan.
After you’ve baked it in the oven, just tabur some diced tomatoes on it.
Then bila nak makan, dollop some greek yoghurt and squeeze some lemon juice on it.
