So sleepy……..

It’s only 9.12 but I’m feeling so sleepy. But I can’t sleep now sebab I have to wait up to go and pick The Other Half up at the bus stop soonish. And I have to leave The Little Misses berdua aje at home tanpa any adults, hehehe. Nasib baiklah tak jauh sangat….

So, layan gambar my dinner tonite. Since The Other Half takde at dinner time. I made burger and chips for The Little Misses and I pulak makan sambal ikan bilis with terung and telur goreng.

We’re back. Nothing happens to The Little Misses while we were away for 15 minutes Smile.

Pagi tadi I timbang, my weight has dropped some more which is not my intention. I want to build muscles so my weight should have increased not decreased. Padahal I makan quite a lot lately sebab I nak keep up with my daily calories allowance + any exercise that I’ve been doing.

Ni sure sebab I asik kemas rumah dengan vacuuming dgn sental toilets and bathrooms and gardening Open-mouthed smile. Ye lah, sejak tau yang buat kerja rumah burns a lot of calories, makin rajin pulak I buat house chores ni, hahahahaha.

Macam ni, I kena kurangkan balik lah doing the house chores kan so my weight tak keeps on dropping, hikhikhik….

Tu sebabnya satu hari ni I makan nasi for lunch and nasi again for dinner Smile. Manalah tau kan, esok my weight boleh naik balik Winking smile.

ps : k.min, warque pesan, boleh tak belikan extra easter chocolate for him too? sebab dia pegi on 21st. good friday bila? so k.min kena beli chocolate worth utk 2 family, ok ke? ":D

Min, akak pun sebenarnya tak berani nak tinggal kan anka2 sendiri without any adult sama2.. risau manalah tau kalau nak jd malang kan.. tapi takat 5 mt ke 10 mt tu ok lah...

wah.. makin kurus ni..

Sama pulak menu dinner kita, tapi I punya nasi ditambah lemak, haha... Hasilnya lepas 10 minit dinner I tertido sambil tengok Aiyu main-main. Dia kejut cara baik punya, tarik rambut!

IT IS JUST NOT FAIR!! Orang lain buat kerjarumah, can loose weight UNINTENTIONALLY (ayat maut tu untuk mama sebab mama ni INTEND to loose weight tapi tak gak tercapai!). Mama ni, kalau mata ni celik, buat kerja segala macam tau. Peluh tu, tok sah cakap. Kadang-kadang, tshirt yang ma pakai ni, rupa macam rendam dalam air, walhal tengah berpeluh. Kalau menyapu rumah or sidai baju, peluh menitik atas lantai tau... tapiiii bila naik timbang... langsung tak nyenangkan hati perut! Nak cakap makan banyak, tak de tau. Tapi minum, memang macam ikan paus haus! Erk.. ikan paus haus ke? Hehehe...

Hihi.. lega sket, sessi meluah perasaan dah keluar! Nasiblah Min, jadilah intan terpilih nak dengar keluh kesah ku ini... hahaha...

ckp psl house chores....pepagi buta (time org syok m'buta) td ayu dok mengemas umah.operasi ala2 besar-besaran sbb mak nak dtg weh.hahaha...time mak dtg baru tau nak kemas umah.klu tak tu mcm tongkang pecah gamaknya.

ainnur n faris pun tak berani nak sepahkan mainan dorg sbb ayu ckp kat depa...klu umah sepah tokmak tak nak dtg.tau takut! hahaha....

Kat sini memang rules kata tak bole tinggalkan anak2 without adult supervision. i berani pun sbb 10 minit mcm tu, hehehe.

Masa nak mula turun dulu, jenuh exercise n jaga makan betul2, baru dia turun. sekarang ni, alhamdulillah, kena makan lebih sikit lah :-)

Alahai poor you. I pun dulu masa tengah chubby sikit, buatlah kerja rumah mcm mana but still chubby jugak. But my problem was I ate more than I did house chores especially all the sweet things yg I suka buat and sweet drinks yang I suka minum. Banyak kalories in the cakes and the breads and the puddings tu, hehehe....
When I cut down on all the sweet stuff, memang the weight dropped off gradually.

Muahahaha....oh, bila Mak nak datang, baru terhegeh2 kemas rumah ye. Samalah mcm we all jugak, hikhikhik...
Ainnur n Faris tetiba jadi pandai tak sepah2 ye sbb takut tokmak tak nak datang :-D.

I'm doing weights now and trying to gradually increase the weights. But so far, I cuma guna 1.5kg each aje. Itupun kdg2 rasa mcm nak tercabut esp bila buat squat lunges with weights, hahahahha.
