My chocolate cake treat day

Hari yang dinantikan sekian lama muncul juga akhirnya Smile.

Orang lain treat themselves to a  new wardrobe or a new handbag when they’ve lost weight. I pulak list ‘having a decadent choc cake’ as my treat once I’ve lost all this weight. Naik lah balik berat kamu tu nanti! hehehehe……

Takpe, as long as the cake is still within the calorie requirement, it wont affect my weight (harap2 lah, hikhikhik…).

So, tadi I made flourless choc hazelnut cake using this recipe as the base. But I only made half of the recipe, mixed half dark n half milk choc, kurangkan gula to 100g only and tak letak coffee liquer obviously.

The taste was just devine! Miss 11 makan sampai 2 keping. I and The Other Half makan sekeping sorang aje. Itu pun I rasa dah muak sangat because it’s so rich! But well worth the calories consumed lah, hehehe….

Saje je I tayang gambar kek ni banyak2, so you all pulak tergoda, hahaha…

Since I nak makan kek malam ni, my lunch and dinner tadi were low calorie meals lah Winking smile.

The Little Misses ada swimming every Friday so I masak yang sempoi2 aje lah every Friday bila malas Smile.

Mushroom ni tak banyak calories but so mengenyangkan. Tu yang we all asik2 makan mushrooms aje, hehehe.

I gained weight! Argh!! Tapi muscle mass pun increase jugak. Walaupun dah nampak cam kurus sikit, but berat makin tambah. Erm.. memang takleh la makan choc cake mcm u tu. Sedih la k.min..

I think you've lost the fat but being replaced by muscle mass which is way heavier than fat cells. Tu yg I said to you, I nak lose weight dulu and then gain it back with muscle instead of fat :-).
Pastu, baru lah body kita pert n toned mcm Lara Croft kan, hehehe

k.min, itu la. I was happy last month coz I lost almost 10kg. but this month, i gained 3kg walaupun on strict exercise regime. argh!! frustrating. how to keep myself motivated? :(

On the myfitnesspal site that we joined, ada forum with tajuk 'non-scale victory'. And a lot of the forumers cakap yg they haven't seen the scale move at all but they've noticed bila they take measurement of their arms, waist, neck, hips, memang dah kurang sgt2 and they noticed yang their arms and excess skin tak flabby lagi.
So, maybe you should take some measurements kot, surenya dah banyak perubahan kan :-).
But I pun like you, kalau scale to tak moving or makin naik, rasa tension and rasa nak makan aje everything!

Kalau pergi camping, maknanya kena masak kat atas campfire ke? Kalau mcm tu, kena masak BBQ style lah kan?
Yg paling senang buat chicken/beef + vege kebabs. Chicken atau beef tu potong kecik2 mcm sate and marinade in oil, lemon juice, herbs, salt n pepper. Pastu guna sayur like bwg merah besar, capsicum, terung. Cucuk selang seli dgn ayam/beef tadi on lidi sate/long metal skewer. Pastu boleh bakar. And then masa tgh bakar, boleh brush dgn marinade tadi.
Boleh aje makan dgn nasi goreng sempoi:-).

I sprinkle olive oil on the mushroom, pastu bake dlm oven until dia lembut. Then baru I bubuh topping ricotta cheese, fresh basil leaves, diced tomato n salt n pepper.

Yay to u!!! sedap la nampak the dinner. i like simple dinner, i like variety of dinner, actually i like food. just most of the time takde selera je nak makan. kalau ada family baru makan byk.
