Thank you once again to everyone for the doas and wishes.
Sejak I mula berblogging, the birthday wishes and doas I got every year have steadily increased which is awesome (epic!) sebab mestilah kita suka bila orang doakan yang baik2 untuk kita kan . Manalah tau, setiap satu doa tu dimakbulkan, tak ke best! hehehe….
And since birthday I dah habis, our dinner malam ni went back to just 1 main course, tukang masak tak kuasa nak masak lebih2. Takde entree nor dessert (well, ada dessert leftovers from semalam, hahaha).
I made moroccan spiced lemon chicken with green salad, makan dengan french bread.
Jangan terpedaya, I didn’t make all these from scratch, hahaha.
I used ready-made moroccan lemon spice paste, beli kat kedai. I cuma tinggal brown the chicken pieces, and then I tambah a bit of diced onion and diced celery and canned chickpeas to bulk it up. Pastu simmer on the stove top sampai masak.
French bread tu pun beli kat kedai. Cuma salad tu lah I petik kat belakang rumah (but tomato and the feta still beli kat kedai ).
First time I guna this paste and the taste was really delicious! Especially when you have the crusty bread to mop up the gravy.
(Sape yang tinggal kat OZ, the paste is Passage to Morocco :Moroccan spiced lemon chicken simmer sauce. So far I’ve tried their Passage to India sauces and they are all really nice. Diaorang ada jugak Passage to Malaysia sauces tapi takpe lah, I beli aje Pakcik Brahim or Pakcik Adabi nya sauces aje, hehehe.)
The Little Misses pun makan dengan senyapnya takde komplen apa2…
Kira cukup lah rempah ratus nya and kena lah dengan tekak we all ni.

Memang sedap kan! Tp my hubby x berapa minat lemon tu. Ada satu lg Passage to Morocco, Beef pepper something-tak berapa ingt the name although baru guna yesterday.

Kat Coles and Woolies both ada jual paste ni. Yang duck tu, ada yg dah siap marinated and roasted and tinggal reheat dlm microwave aje. Ada dia jual raw and you kena bake dlm oven dulu. I beli kat Coles the duck dlm vacuum packet.
