Sometimes I wish (dalam hati aje) that I’m the type of person who cooks different meal for each day of the year macam Julie and Julia tu lah kan.
Wouldn’t that be something!
I think it will be a lot of fun but knowing me, probably berenti separuh jalan sebab mengidam nak makan the same thing and too lazy to cook something different, hahaha…..
So, tonite, I masak beef yiros again . But last makan ni was 3 weeks ago and it was chicken yiros so I guess tak lah too frequent I recycle this thing ye tak (unlike pizza and kari which I think I cook once a week atas permintaan ).
But kalau different pizza toppings each time and different types of curry…will that still be considered different dishes? hehehehe…
My beef yiros, I like to put a lot of veges in it.
I sliced the beef thinly and then marinated it with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, dried mint and dried thyme for about an hour.
Then grilled them on the stove top.
Makan dengan garlic sauce or BBQ sauce or sweet chilli sauce and loads of veges .
Tomorrow nite I think I nak masak mee goreng which is another frequently recycled menu in this house, hehehehe….
