Bunches of them everywhere

When we first lived in OZ, memang jeles sangat bila tengok rumah2 yang penuh dengan grapevines.

Rasa macam tak tercapai dek kudrat nak ada backyard filled with grapevines with gorgeous grapes hanging everywhere ready to be picked.

Selalu terfikir, sure best sangat2 kalau bersantai petang2 under the shades of the vines kan.

Sambil borak2 gelak2 minum tea or coffee with a biscuit or two or maybe a muffin or two…..

And now after so many years berangan2 and thanks to the initiative of my arwah Abah, angan2 jadi kenyataan Smile.

Our two grapevines have really flourished this season and producing so many bunches of grapes.

Selalunya I tayang 1 grape bunch aje kan but kali ni, nah kau, I tayang all the corners yang penuh dengan the hanging fruits, hehehe…

All the above are the ones closest to the house so keluar pintu, jalan 3 tapak dah boleh ngap anggur, hikhikhik…..

Pagi2, the girls can just makan anggur kalau Mum dia malas nak buat brekkie for them, hehehe.

These 2 below pulak are the closest to the neighbours, memang kalau diaorang nakal, panjat pagar and hulur galah sikit, dah boleh petik anggur we all lah.

Tadi pun masa I tengah sibuk2 ikat all the vines to the kayu, kenalah panjat tangga kan sebab tinggi so memang boleh nampak the neighbours’ room lah.

Cepat2 diaorang tarik their blinds so I tak boleh sekodeng, hehehe….

(macam lah I nak sangat sekodeng diaorang tu, ceh!)

Yang kat bawah ni pulak, just above the tomato plants and the youngberry plant.

The grapevines dah intertwined with the berry canes and the tomat vines sebab semua menjalar kan, berbelit2 semua!

Kalau nanti keluar a different species of buah nama dia graptomaberry, baru terkejut we all!

Hahahahahahha……

So, you all rasa, berapa kilo agaknya our grape harvest this year eh?

heeeeee……..

Nampaknya lg tak payah macam kak Zai membawa troley ke market untuk mendapatkan anggur.

Best sesangat keliling rumah penuh dengan anggur.

Mazia,
hikhik...memang sgt2 teruja and dah terbayang2 jadi tukang petik anggur.

Rostina,
Salam. Dulu pun parents I pernah tanam grapes tp masam ya rabbi so lepas tu takde sape nak tanam lagi dah, hehehe.

Kniedaz,
I wonder apa rasa anggur yg ditanam kat flat tu ye. And takde orang cuba curi ke? Tapi sure best aje kan duduk bawah canopy pokok anggur tu sbb sure nyaman aje.

Unaizah,
hahaha...kesian the girls sbb hari2 kena bawak grapes aje nanti. Tapi, jimat belanja :-)

Homemade tshirt printing,
memang seronok bila pokok buah mula berbuah ni, especially bila sekali banyak bergantung2 mcm anggur :-)

Ummuaidan,
you pun bnyk jugak pokok2 buah, cuma takde anggur aje lah ye, hehehe.
We all dulu ada pokok apples tapi susah nak jaga and buah dia semua tak cantik so hubby tebang. Kiwi fruit pulak susah sikit nak tanam kat my area sbb it needs really cold weather for a long time jugak. Blackberry pulak is considered a weed in WA ni so tak dibenarkan untuk ditanam, hehehe.

Kak Kasih,
cubalah you tanam kat yr garden, mana lah tau boleh hidup. Tak payah lah nak migrate ke Perth mcm tu, hehehe.

Wan G,
kalau anggur ni sedap and manis, tak payah lah beli kat pasar. kalau masam, kenalah jugak beli, hehehe

Kak Zai,
hopefully tak payah lah tp kena tunggu sampai dia masak and tengok macam mana rasa dia ;-)

Huda,
nanti kalau ada graptomaberry keluar, awal2 I dah masuk news, haahaha

kak LG, dulu saya cuba tanam grapes kat depan rumah, memang lebat daunnya, batangnya pun besar dan subur je. tp sebab tap pandai pruning, panggillah tuan kedai tu. dia cakap kalau dah tak nak pokok ni, hantar balik kat dia. tp we all bela lagi, sampai satu masa pindah ke kuarters, kena terik matahari belah petang dan saya 'ter' malas nak siram air, merana pokok tu dan kemudian mati. rasa bersalah pulak kat tuan kedai tu...jahat i

Aida,
best kan tengok grapes ni bergayut2 kat pokok. Macam kesoronokan tengok buah rambutan bergayut merah2 kat pokok lah :-)

babylola2u,
alahai sayangnya mati pokok grapes you. Pokok grapes ni memang kena setahun sekali buat pruning, around winter time kat sini. I pun surf the net jugak nak tau mcm mana nak jaga grapevines ni
