The roast lamb tu wasn’t the first thing I cooked in the replacement oven.
Pizza was the first thing I made in that oven.
After 2 weeks tak masak pizza, The Other Half dah dapat withdrawal symptoms, hahahaha.
So I made pizza which made everyone happy, heeeeee…
And I wanted to use the marble pastry board that I bought.
I love it!!!!
Sangat lah ngam pulak tu dengan my marble rolling pin yang dah 10 tahun I guna. Macam pinang dibelah dua aje!
It makes rolling the pizza dough so easy.
Sebelum2 ni I I was using the dining table to roll out dough. Then, we bought a new dining table which is off limit to anything being rolled on it, heeee…
I had to use this silicon chopping board to roll dough after that. It was ok, but it just didn’t have that oomph .
Bila guna marble on marble, fullamak! Mantop!
I made spicy sausage pizza for me, seafood pizza for The Other Half and poloni pizza for the girls.
Punyalah banyak pizza! Saje je nak bagi the oven kerja keras, hahaha.
I only had squid and prawns so it ajelah yang I guna on the seafood pizza.
Sangat lah sedapnya dapat makan pizza after 2 weeks thinking about it…
(Melodramatic betul I ni kan, hahahaha.)
P/S I have updated the entry on poached pear in choc pudding tu with the recipe. Do try it ye. Kalau nak lagi sedap, boleh makan dengan vanilla ice cream but I like it plain like that.
