So malam tadi I didnt do any exercise sebab tetiba I rasa I don’t need to lose any more weight bila bandingkan my body and my weight to the weight of the contestants!
And malam ni pulak, the show starts later at 7.30 and I selalunya start exercising at 8….
Tapi takkan lah nak skip my exercise again kan so tadi I buat 30 minutes of exercise aje from 7 to 7.30.
Jadi lah kan setengah jam and 10kms dari takde langsung….
I cakap dengan The Other Half, “phew, luckily you are not as big as them anymore “.
The Other Half is so happy now because he is nearly there at his ideal weight.
Kalau ikut BMI, he is just overweight at 25.1 so not that long to go for it to be under 25.
My BMI pulak memang dah ideal, hehehehe.
We Asian women have a lower ideal BMI range.
23 and above is considered overweight already.
Like I pernah mentioned in a post a few years ago, we only believe in calories in vs calories out to lose weight.
If we want to eat the calorie-laden food, we have to burn the calories off by exercising.
It’s as simple as that.
Tapi you still kena tau lah jugak roughly how much calories are in the food you eat or else macam mana nak tau banyak mana nak exercise kan.
We dont believe in corset ke or the so called miracle ubat2 and supplements or meal replacement.
If they work for you guys, good on you.
And since we love to eat, tu yang kena exercise.
Malam ni for dinner, I made corned silverside and vege quiche with green salad and cheesy croutons.
My quiche ada cheese and milk and my croutons pun ada cheese jugak.
So, tu yang tak boleh nak skip the exercise.
I made crustless quiche aje and letak mushroom and capsicum in it.
Tambah the amount of veges without it being too obvious kan .
I only used a small amount of chopped up corned silverside.
And I also added roasted almond in the salad which makes it so much nicer!
Tengah hari tadi I dah makan nasi so tu yang malam ni makan a small portion of quiche aje .
