In our house, we rotate the carbs we have for dinner everyday.
Kalau malam ni dah makan pasta, esok malam tukar ke rice atau potato atau bread-based carb.
And rice pulak can be in different forms, either sushi style or risotto or asian style nasi.
Potato pun can be in so many different forms, chips or mashed or roast .
Walaupun banyak choice of carbs to have, still jugak pening memikirkan nak masak apa for dinner hari2.
Last night, after pening fikir nak masak carbs apa, I ended up masak chicken burrito aje.
Since we haven’t had it for a long time, it was a good choice which was well received by everyone.
I used chicken breast and it only took a few minutes aje to cook dinner last night.
My kind of dinner to cook, so easy and devoured by everyone.
I still have no idea what to cook for Iftar tonight….
