Nearly there

The Other Half likes to ‘cheat’ on the scale.

He will weigh himself right after he comes home from work after riding for an hour and half dehydrated from the sweat loss. Obviously lah, the scale will show him really good numbers kan, hehehe.

His excuse, “it makes me happy to see the smaller numbers. I know it’s not the right weight but it motivates me to keep on doing it.”

I guess that’s a good enough reason Open-mouthed smile.

Like today, he came home from work and straight away weighed himself and got 80.1kg on the scale. Terkejut jugak I with that big drop until he said to me, “I forgot to take the water bottle along so I’m so dehydrated now, hehehe.”

Lepas dia minum 1 jug air, naik balik his weight, hahahaha…..

And after tonite’s dinner, berat we all sama2 naik because it’s a high calorie dinner. But it was still within our calorie allowance so takpe lagi Smile.

I made potato with goat cheese and sundried tomato damper guna recipe ini. Tapi I don’t like olives so I ganti dengan sundried tomato. And we had it with chicken rissoles and sausage and green salad.

Our dinner is normally around 400cals or less but tonite’s dinner was around 600 cals which come mostly from the cheesy potato bread. We probably over estimate the cals for the bread but I would rather over estimate than under estimate.

But it tasted really sedap so it was worth the calories, hehehe.

Namapk aje macam burnt rissoles tu but tak sebenarnya Smile.

And selalunya I tayang The Little Misses’ lunch box. Malam ni I tayang The Other Half’s lunch box pulak.

Like I selalu bagitau, he normally has leftovers for lunch or sandwiches. Esok for lunch, he’ll be having rissole, the damper, green salad and corn. Sungguh comel his lunch bila letak dalam this container, heeeee…….

And then, he’ll have another container filled with fruits and a smaller container of his muesli for breakfast. Macam nak pergi berkelah aje, hahaha….

my weight lost dah kecundang di tengah jln.. with my mom's cooking and hr ni gi rumah my aunt..dgn timun masak air + ikan masin masak cili pun i boleh belasah 2 pinggan nasi..
tak tau brp kg dah naik.. tak berani nak weight myself.. :p

Mynn, mana goreng pisang you. Hehehehe. Ckp pasal pisang, I teringin tul nak makan pisang salai. Lama benou2 tak makan pisang salai. I don't think boleh post ke sini kan. Sbb pisang tu buah.

My new bike is up and running now. Hb siap try lepas dia pasangkan. Now my anak2 tgh ambil turn mengayuh.

comel the lunchbox. i kat spital tu berkotak2 bekas like what u prepare for ur hubby la. sampai kat spital tu sumer org cakap i ni kitchen/pantry bergerak. but yeah, jimat duit & terjamin selamat/halal.
nyws, hubby i pon mcm u jugak slalu cheat the scales. tapi tak kisah la tu, as long as he is motivated to go on kan. coz i pon bila weigh myself masa tgh pakai jeans/bathrobe rasa cam aaaii... beratnye aku hari ni.. :D

seronok jer baca bila akak kira calorie mknan...lepas tu hub akak ponx smngt2 juga dgn menda yg sama..tp klu kat msia nie susah ler sbb asik nak mkn nasi jer...klu kuatkan smngt taknak mkn nasi tetiba org sblh mkn nasi...melelh air liur...huhu cuma apa yg saya boley wat cuba mkn nasi sekali jer sehari... =p

comel je tengok lunch box hb u tu. my hb pulak susah nk control his lunch sbb slalu bawak org pi lunch.
now ni sbb i slalu suh dia baca about your hb punya weight loss tu, dia pun kengkonon semangat nk turun berat jugak..hahaha pepagi je pi jog ;-)
errr ada la improvement sikit dari dulu yg asyik tidor je :D

I kalau weigh myself, confirm takkan pakai seurat benang pun and mesti after business no 1 every morning.. banyak sikit turunnya, heheheh

Kadang2 bila bekal so comel, terus rasa nak bawak bekal hari2 kan, hahaha

Memang betul pun, kalau bawak bekal sgt lah jimatnya esp with segala benda mahal kat sini. Kalau sehari spend $10 on lunch aje, 5 hari dah $50 kan, boleh I guna buat beli my toys, hahaha.

pelanggan kantin I ni kadang2 mcm2 demand diaorang. But sbb I yg buat bekal, terpaksalah diaorang turut aje cakap I, hehehe

Food kat sini mahal lah jugak and tak kan nak makan fish n seafood hari2 bila keluar makan kan so better bawak dari rumah. Terjamin halal, hehehe

Hehehe...my recipes mostly recipes guna barang2 yg senang cari kat OZ ni so kalau ada orang M'sia nak try recipe tu, kesian diaorang kena mencari merata for the ingredients :-). Tu yg tak boleh buat recipe book ;-).

Ha'ah, senang and cepat sgt2 nak buat the potato bread sbb tak pakai yeast kan. rasa dia mcm savoury scones :-).
I pun akan weigh myself tanpa seurat benang and after I've gone to the toilet, hikhikhik
