Fried food…. yummm

The Other Half’s not home tonite so I pun malas betul nak masak :-). Padahal pagi tadi macam beria2 aje nak masak laksa penang and siap dah beli all the ingredients. But bila nak masak aje tadi, terus I rasa malas sangat2 nak masak 2 jenis dinner. Terus aje masak nasi goreng so semua orang boleh makan, nampak sangat hangat2 chicken poops betul lah I ni :-). I buat nasi goreng sebab nak guna leftover rice from semalam, malas nak simpan dlm freezer.

And since tadi I terlebih makan masa dinner sebab I goreng keropok, goreng telur, goreng tahu buat tahu sumbat and nasi goreng lagi (segalanya bergoreng!). Apasal lah segala benda bergoreng ni tersangat lah sedap nya. Lepas makan nasi tadi, I duduk aje kat meja makan tu sambil mengunyah keropok! Terus I tension sebab makan banyak and spent an hour on the exercise machine. Now, I’m feeling so freaking tired and sweaty and smelly, hehehe! But I feel good sebab 1 badan basah dengan peluh from the exercise so ok lah tu kan :-D. Tak lah rasa gulity sangat sebab overate just now. Esok kena makan salad aje lah banyak2. I might just make the laksa for dinner tomorrow nite and letak banyak2 ulam.

And no, even though I still teruskan my exercise and my diet, I still haven’t shed any weight. I said to The Other Half the other day, “If I hadn’t known better, I would have definitely said that something is growing inside me because instead of losing weight, I’m gaining it!” Don’t get too excited, I’m definitely NOT pregnant! Sure banyak cacing yang I bela kot, hahahahahahaha…..

And since The Other Half takde, I nak tidur awal tonite. Layan lah gambar our nasi goreng dinner ni ye.

Ini I punya portion. The Little Misses cuma ada nasi goreng and telur n keropok aje. Diaorang tak makan lah tahu ni (which is good coz more for me :-D).

hehehe...akak pun mcm min gak, klu rasa dah terover makan kan, kelam kabut le xcersize ngan treadmill. pas tu rasa lega sikit sbb perut mcm suddenly kosong balik. teruk betul style diet mcm ni kan.hehehe

ehehe, apa nak risaukan Kak Min, u tu kecik molek cantik manissss...tak de mende nak dipikirkan. Len ler klo kita ni ha, aduyaiiiii penin pk nak makan. Kena tebeliak2 pepejam mata baru bleh tenang, pasal dok pk kalori, ekekekeke. Sedap tgk nasi goreng...

i ni tak tau lah kaypoh ker apa.. tp dah jd rutin plak hari2 misti nak singgah sini nak tgk u all mkn apa, hehe.. nasik goreng 'ostolia' eh? hahahah..

macam saya pulak..rasanya makan portion tak lah bertambah tapi berat naik berkilo2 plak...mungkin bahana mknan bergoreng sebab sebulan dua ni suka grg suma benda..huhu...
sedapnya tahu sumbat tu..tapi kalau sambalnya sambal kicap laaagiii power hahaha..(goreng lagi la menu saya lepas nih)

kak LG..same with me..jaja pun kalau nasi lebih2 buat nasi goreng je..dan wajibbbbb ada keropok..hubby mmg hantu keropok..hehhe kadang2 dia ganti sudu dengan keropok...cedok nasi and ngappp terus...yummmu bummieeee

Salam LG, kalau lah I ada disiplin diri setinggi U untuk kekalkan berat badan. Sure I boleh jadi selim melim macam U kan. Apasal ler I selalu jer fail untuk tidak menjamah benda yang menggemukkan. Nak exercise lagi lah pulak malas. Arghhhhhhhh ...

uuwwaaaa...bila la nak start diet ni? iisskk...masuk arini dah 3mlm ayu tak dinner.tp arini ada la t'babas skit,mkn kebab ayam tp roti pitanya ayu dpt mkn skit sbb faris dok belasah roti tu.ayamnya dia xnak.bfast n lunch still mkn cuma qttynya krg n mknnya pun lbh ringan nak2 utk lunch la.klu tak kurus gak ni xtau la.

Isk.. terliur tengok tauhu sumbat tuh! Kalo buat sambal tumis tauhu pon sedap ek?

Hari tuh saya tengok sini tauhu seketul harga 4.50EU. Terus tak jadik ambik. Huhu..

Nasib baik lah we all makan benda yg biasa2 aje kan, bukan pelik2. Kalau tak, sure lagi aadicted you kat blog ni ;-)

samalah dgn I.I suka sgt2 benda goreng2 ni, dr pisang goreng ke keropok goreng, semua I suka. I pun portion tak banyak tp klu ada keropok goreng or karipap goreng depan mata, tak boleh nak stop makan!!! Tension I!

itu sudah freaky namanya, so far apart but the same dinner, hehehe.

Keropok goreng tu yg I rasa menyedapkan nasi goreng tu kan, tu yang tak boleh nak stop. My kids pun jadikan keropok goreng as sudu, hehehe..

I love food especially dessert n benda2 goreng tu yang nak tak nak terpaksa gak exercise. I pun menyampah gak exercise ni padahal dulu masa kecik tak boleh duduk diam, hehehe

Ayu,
dah start lah tu kalau dah kurangkan makan esp dinner. I pun klu boleh tak nak makan dinner berat2 tp kat rumah ni, dinner tu yg main meal tu yg susah nak lose weight, hehehe

I makan nasi ciput mcm tu, tapi lepas tu makan keropok nya 1 bowl sampai habis. Tu yg terpaksa buang balik lemak fr the keropok, hehehe

uish...mahal giler tahu kat Spain tu. Kalau I, sure nangis sbb I suka tahu, hehehe

entah lah kan, padahal ada lagi orang lain yg nak makan, hehehe

sedih weh... tak letak sbb tak sanggup nak beli, wakakakaka

bukan makan yg sikit tu yg buat I rasa guilty. Tapi menghabiskan 1 mangkuk besar keropok goreng lepas habis dinner tu yg buat I rasa guilty, hehehe

Have been busy lately - we are already in week 6 of our semester and it's reading week. No class but to catch up on everything and pre-preparing for the coming exam (after Easter holidays). So, have missed 3 of your entries.

Anyway, has Miss 10's forehead go back to normal now? Hopefully so - there'll be some blue/purple bruises perhaps before it is completely healed. Well, I pun pernah kena macam tu so, I think I can relate - it's the case of realizing the wall too late.

I pun kalau maka keropok tak berhenti sampai habis. Memag best kan, keropok ni?

good luck with your studies and exam ye! I guess the exam's just around the corner kan, tu yang you teramatlah busy nya :-).
Zahra's forehead still ada bruising lagi but not that obvious anymore (phew, tak payah I susah hati saham dia jatuh, hehehe ;-)).
