Malam ni tak boleh nak berceloteh panjang sbb I want to try my new Wii 'game' called My Fitness Coach- Get In Shape. The Other half bought it for me! Is he trying to tell me something you think? Hmmm.... Is this his subtle way of telling me that I've put on a bit of weight and I need to lose it? Or is it because he's sick and tired of hearing his wife moaning about her weight gain but not doing anything about it? Hehehe.... Probably the latter kot :-). I did tell him that I want to go to the gym but just can't find the time except night time when he's at home to help look after the Little Misses. But bila dah malam, memang lah malas nak keluar rumah kan just semata2 nak pergi ke gym. Waktu lain memang takde masa lah unless I rush after work - home- gym- school-home again. Tak larat wei nak rush everywhere ni!


The Other Half kesian kat wife dia ni yang asik moaning about her weight aje hari2 so tu yg dia belikan the 'game' which claims to be like having your very own personal trainer albeit a virtual one. And he also wishes that his wife would stick to the exercise program this time, hehehe. Hopefully lah kan! I pun dah naik fed up asik dengar myself membebel hari2 about my weight :-). So, wish me luck with this one. I need to lose 3 kilos which only God knows how long it will take to reach that goal. 3 kilos doesn't look like much kan but percayalah, I've done it before and it took a lot of daily exercise and dieting to lose that much weight. Pastu memang kena ada strong will to avoid temptation in the form of yummy fattening food. Terus rasa nak nangis ni, hahahaha........

Our dinner tonite tak lah healthy sangat sebab ada cheese and eggs and sausages in it but vegetables-wise, memang lah cukup bagus sebab you can put whatever veges you want in it. I added capsicum, carrots, peas. Basically whatever meat yang leftovers from previous meals, you can put in it. I added sausages and chicken from a few days a go punya dinner. Pastu makan pulak dengan lettuce so I guess healthy jugak lah kan, hehehehe......


Everything-in-it quiche with pita bread and lettuce.

akak...kita punyer WII terpakse dsorokkan bojoku! sbb anak2 kita gler beno ngan wii smpai tk mo study! huwaaaaaa mak dier yg nk main wii fit pon terpakse berkorban apa sajer! simpan lam stor! tp hb kata, tkpo la sbb awak kan mmg nk kembang wat apa nk fit fit right now! kahkahkahkah... hambik ko sebijik! heeeee.....

bak dish yg ade cheese2 tuh! mmg nk bagi lagik kombang 10 taman! muahahahahahaaa... kepiyeh tho mak yung mak yunggg!!! :D

akak nak kat setahun jogging on treadmill but payahnya nak turun, ada le sekilo dua je. Lama2 bosan..akak stop jogging.

May be best way is control the diet. tp susahnyaaa!!!lg2 klu hr raya..mau 2 3 kilo naik.

I pun selalu merungut pasal berat yg takmo turun. Everytime I merungut my husband akan tersengeh dan cakap, camne nak kurus,U masak macam macam.So nak salah siapa?

Rasenya memang kena control diet baru bleh kurus lah kan, kalau excersize tp mkn fatting food sama gak. kadang2 bila senam lebih2 pon berat tak turun sbb jd muscle...bayangkan kalau setahun naik 2 kg pun kalau dah 10 tahun mau 20 kilo. tu belum bila kira time pregnant lagi, after bersalin pun masih ada extra 10kg yg takmo turun utk satu nak kalau 3 anak mau extra 30 kilo.. mana nak sorok nie...memang salute la sapa2 yg boleh maintain tu.. tabik spring..

mak buyung kena main benda lain lah ye skrg ni sbb Wii kena sorok,hehehe. Kan lagi best main kat dapur tu :P. Memang gerenti boleh kembang setaman!

nak snng turun, kena combine exercise dgn diet. Tapi tu yg paling seksa n malas nak start,hehehe.

hahaha tp mmng betul kan. I pun suka masak n suka nak mencuba tp tu lah, lepas tu, kita gak yg komplen badan naik!

Tu lah, a few years ago badan akak mmng chubby, pastu sama2 azam dgn hubby nak exercise n diet n Alhamdulillah, mmng turun bnyk masa tu. Dpt lah maintain for a few years, pastu bila dah mkn tak hingat, naik lah balik, hehehe

LG..dalam Kosmo hari ni, "Rakyat Australia Palin Obes"..terus auntie..ops..akak teringat kat u yang dah mula tembam2 dan kalut2 mau diet hehehe....bagi akak everything must be in moderation..so tak yah nak diet sangat..tp akak pun berisi juga..hahaha

Sape ye agaknya rakyat Austr yg paling obese tu? As long as bukan muka I, ok lah tu, hahaha...Mmng slalu mkn biasa2 aje but bila I start baking tu yg slalu terlebih mkn :-).

Dah turun sikit lah berat I ni, best betul, hehehe.... Tapi mmng kena rajin lah setiap hari buat exercise, klu tak, tak guna jugak beli benda tu kan :-)
