Tengah hari tadi when we got back from the Masjid, The Other Half said to me…
“I think I want to create a blog.”
Terkejut I sekejap sebab terfikirkan how my title as Raja Blog kat rumah ni akan tergugat nanti!
So, he spent some parts of the afternoon playing with Blogger and writing 2 posts.
Pastu, setiap minit pergi check berapa ramai dah baca blog dia!
Memang dasar newbie betul, wehkehkehkehkehkeh…
And then tadi, lepas dinner, he asked me to help him make his blog nicer and help him with the layout.
(Ye lah, bini dia dah 4 tahun duk bergelumang dengan blog ni kan so setakat nak ubah layout and add gadgets sikit2 tau lah I, heeeee).
Tapi blog dia memang hanya orang2 tertentu aje lah yang akan singgah…
I baca the first few sentences pun dah mengantuk….(who doesn’t when you read anything involving accounting ).
But I can’t link his blog to mine sebab he uses his real name in it…
And while he was busy with his blog, I pulak menyibukkan diri kat dapur masak dinner.
I made Morroccan mince filo rolls, hasselback potatoes and beans+pear+greens+feta salad.
The filo beef rolls I followed this recipe. But I just used some tomato paste and tomato sauce replacing their basic tomato sauce. And I takde morroccan seasoning so I just used a mixture of cumin, coriander, paprika and chilli powder.
The hasselback potatoes pulak I guna this recipe. But I parboiled the potatoes first before cutting them in halves and slicing them so I don’t have to cook them for long.
I basically made our favourite bean salad and then mix it with mixed green leaves, sliced pear, slice cucumbers and crumbled feta cheese. The sweetness of the pear compliments perfectly the saltiness of the feta.
