Dah makin nak dekat raya ni, dah semakin busy dengan segala macam nitty gritty things to do. Weekend ni we were so busy with house cleaning and tidying, inside and outside and last minute shopping. Esok is a public holiday here in WA so bila public holidays, all the supermarkets n shops pun tutup serapat2 nya lah, tu yang kena buy everything semalam just in case Eid falls on Tuesday. I still haven't heard any news whether Eid is on Tuesday or Wednesday. I'm really hoping it'll be on Wednesday because I've already applied for leave for taht day so tak perlulah tergesa2 masuk office after solat Raya. Bolehlah lepak2 kat masjid tu sambil mencuba segala jenis food that will be on offer on that day. Free food you, mana boleh tolak kan, hehehe.

On a different story, our ucapan raya and picture was published in Kosmo Malaysia today. Wei, perasan glamour kejap! hahahaha...... Satu kampung tau :-). I've already asked my Sis to frame it for us, dia punyalah gelak aje at my request. Tak kuasa dia nak frame dia kata, banyak lagi kerja lain dia boleh buat, wahkahkahkahkah. Kiranya sepanjang2 we all hidup di perantauan ni, that's the first time I've sent ucapan and gambar for Raya. Low profile lah katakan ;-).

Tonite, I had really run out of idea what to cook for Iftar. I know tak nak masak nasi n lauk pauk sebab bila Raya nanti, surenya sampai tak larat2 kena makan nasi n rakan2 yang sewaktu dengan nya kan. Last2 masak dhal and makan dengan roti canai segera for the Little Misses and we had frozen thosai n dhal aje. But I also made doughnuts, walnut scrolls, spring rolls for entree so by the end, memang semua kekenyangan lah. Bila datang rajin, memang rajin betul Mummy buat entree, hehehehe.

Terlebih rajin, I guna acuan flower for the doughnuts :-).

The other half asked me this morning to put up his 'dishes' on my blog. He said asik letak my dishes aje tiap2 malam, once in a while letak lah his 'dishes'. Since it's bulan Ramadhan yang mulia, I was feeling generous so here it is his 'dishes'. :-)

Every weekday night, Saturday and Sunday morning, this is what he has to do , until he's so good at stacking the plates and pots now :-).
