Like I mentioned the other day, I dah lama tak pegang my dslr so maknanya dah lama jugaklah I tak ambik gambar food guna dslr itu.
Cuma guna handfon aje.
Kalau tengok kat insta, nampak ok aje gambar2 tu but bila dah transfer ke pc and then ke blog, kureng banyak I rasa.
Tu yang malas sikit nak letak gambar food nowadays.
Tapi kalau tak letak gambar food, nanti orang kata I tak masak pulak .
Especially kalau you all tengok The Other Half yang makin hari makin selim, lagilah orang ingat I tak masak!
hehehehe…
So, a few days ago I pun started taking food photos using the dslr again.
The first photo was of this nasi lemak we had for dinner as requested by The Other Half.
Dah a few days dia mintak nasi lemak but I buat tak tau aje, hehehe
Padahal senang aje nak masak sebab dah ada sambal frozen in the freezer.
Tinggal masak nasi and ‘goreng’ ayam and bilis aje.
I had it with sambal goreng jawa which was also already available from the freezer.
Inilah untungnya masak banyak2, boleh buat stock simpan dalam freezer kan.
A few nights ago, we had lasagne for dinner.
I used this recipe to make the lasagne.
It takes a bit longer to prepare with multiple steps to prepare the cheese sauce but it tasted really good.
And I sub the red wine with apple juice and used dried lasagne sheets instead of the fresh ones and I didn’t use parsley stalks in the cheese sauce.
And ini pulak our dinner about a week ago.
I took the photos using the phone aje.
I made paella.
Dah lama jugak tak makan paella ni.
The ingredients I used in making the paella. Yang takde dalam gambar cuma chicken stock, olive oil and frozen peas.
Some of the steps in cooking the paella
The end product.
My plate obviously ada fresh chilli baru lagi oomph!
I lagi suka masak paella dari masak risotto because with risotto, I kena berdiri depan stove top tu adding the boiling hot stock a little bit at a time and sentiasa kacau the mixture.
Leceh betul even though The Other Half minat sangat2 risotto ni.
Dengan paella ni, you just dump the whole liquid at one go.
Miss 14 lagi suka ni berbanding dengan asian style rice but it’s still not her favourite food lah, hehehehe.
P/S I know I havent answered any of your comments, I will answer them slowly… tunggu ye!
