The meals we had…
Chicken curry laksa atau laksa kari ayam.
Home-made potato gnocchi in burnt butter, sage and walnut ‘sauce’ with crumbed lamb cutlet and chicken and steamed veges.
Disebabkan gnocchi tu home-made, tu yang rupa macam hapadah aje, hehehe.
Fried seafood basket with fries and salad.
Ada macam2 in the ‘basket’. I made crumbed prawns and salt n pepper squid n salt n pepper prawns. And then crumbed calamari, crumbed prawn cutlets, crumbed scallops, and battered fish and seafood stick from frozen kedai mari.
Tapi sebab tekak I ni tekak melayu, gigih I masak nasi nak makan dgn seafood dgn sambal and serunding!
The other three dah biasa sangat tengok kepelikan I, they didn’t even bat an eyelid tengok I makan the seafood basket dgn nasi tadi, hikhikhik….

lama x dtg singgah :)
lepas ni hari2 nk tgk entri akak
OMG tengok curry laksa Sis Min M.E.N.G.A.N.C.A.M ... macam I have to cook soon one!
btw Which noodle - laksa did you use Sis Min?
I have cooked curry laksa here couple of times, but 'laksa' is hard to find here so I end up using Angel Hair pasta! It's fine thin strands absorbed the taste better than the spaghetti.
Thanks!!! :))))
Nampak sedap je sis..
Yusniza,
thanks for reading, even the old entries. That must have taken a while to finish :-). So what's the new hobby? :-)
Mulan,
I masak kari pakai ready made paste yg mmng sentiasa ada kat dlm pantry. Tu yg bila teringin terus masak, hikhikhik.
Takkan I buat fondant tu lagi sbb leceh giler nak buat pastu manis tak hingat!
Adda,
:-)
Hanin,
Salam. Hahaha...I ni tak boleh masuk contest2 mcm tu sbb tak boleh masak under stress. I kena masak relax2 ikut my own sweet time :-)
Aimi,
Masterchef teramatlah stress nya. My Kitchen Rules pulak kena ada partner and hubby I mmng takkan sanggup masuk kitchen tolong I masak in front of camera, hahaha
Kak Zai,
tu lah kan, campak lah kat mana pun, mesti nak cari nasi jugak! :-)
JunAina,
Nasib baik lah I bukan jenis yg hari2 kena makan nasi or else mmng susah kerja I kat dapur kena masak 2-3 jenis dinner yg berbeza2, hehehe
Hayati,
hikhikhik. I pun kena jugak cari benda pedas2 klu makan nasi ni. Tapi bila dah set mind nak makan chinese style, boleh pulak takde sambal, hehehe
Nurul Ain,
I pun skrg ni dah malas nak update blog hari2 so klu you jarang masuk sini pun takpe sbb tak bnyk entry baru :-)
My Umaira,
When I make kari laksa, I will always use the hokkien noodles. Bnyk jual kat Asian grocers kat sini. If I nak buat laksa penang style, I'll use the thai dried rice noodles.
Ct Ishikaishah,
Sedap lah utk tekak we all :-)
