She woke up this morning without any masam muka.
After dia dah habis mandi, she came up to me and gave me a big hug and said, “I’m sorry Mum”.
I pun returned the hug and said, “I love you very much.”
A hug is a very small step for mankind but for a teenager whose hormones and braincells and common sense are usually at war, it is a humongous step!
And for her to come and say sorry, itu lagi lah a ginormous step!

But The Other Half said to me when I told him about it, “Cherish it while it lasts because it won’t.”
Heeee…memang sangat pessimist dia tu but a realist at the same time 
.
So, boleh lah saya sambut Mother’s Day this Sunday dengan perasaan ala2 ibu mithali kan, hahahahaha.
And ibu mithali pun masak lah masakan kegemaran diaorang for dinner tadi.
Pizza!
I made 2 jenis pizza, poloni and seafood pizzas.
But for each of the two pizzas, I buat lagi half half pizza.
Ye lah kan, The Other Half nak seafood pizza with pickled chilli on it. While Miss 8 nak seafood pizza without the chilli.
Tak kuasa I nak buat separate pizza so I just tabur chilli on 3/4 of the pizza and left the 1/4 free of chilli.
The poloni pizza pulak, 1/2 I letak loads of mushroom and chilli while the other half for Miss 13, takde mushroom nor chillis.
Tu yang kadang2, punyalah lama I ambik masa nak tabur topping on our pizzas sebab nak cater untuk everyone’s tastebuds.
Kali ni I buat pizza gebus so The Other Half was happy .

Eldest is a boy, the rest are girls. It's always a chaos in my household, lots of laughter, yells, arguments and tears…but alhamdulillah…i wouldnt have it any other way…happy mother's day to u and all mothers reading this.

It is difficult when they are at the teenage years. Some rebel out loud, some rebel dlm senyap, hehehe. But I rasa jarang kot teens yg betul2 tak pernah rebel kan.
I don't think I will ever get them to stop chatting and start studying fully.

I did read that UK celebrates Mother's Day on a different date than the rest of the world.
Sama lah like in my household, always filled with yelling, arguments and tears but also plenty of laughters, hugs and kisses too. I guess that what makes family life interesting kan :-)

Yeeapp. Akak sangat setuju. Dengan hormon diorang ni susah tau nak mintak maaf. Anak kedua akak dari tahun lepas darjah 6 dan tahun ni form one, sangat berbeza perwatakannya. Asik tengok cermin. Risau akak. Padahal masa sek rendah dulu, tak pernah peduli pun ada jerawat ke tidak. Adooii...
